Rizobacter Argentina S.A. is an Argentinean company with international market presence born in Pergamino city in the Province of Buenos Aires. It is present in the agribusiness market with its five main lines of products: inoculants, seed treatments, agricultural adjuvants, pest control baits and forage seed coating.

In 1977, guided by his entrepreneurial vision, agrarian engineer Miguel Harnan carried out the first seed inoculant production activities for soybean and forage legumes. Up until then, the soybean business had been explored very little and planting areas did not compare to the present acreage.

The company continued growing with the development of seed treatment products and a complete line of adjuvants. It has formed strategic alliances with both national and international top firms and research centers that allowed for the widening of its product portfolio with the launching of a line of pest control baits, the provision of forage seed coating treatment, the application of new technology, and the registration of its products in the USA market. The same steps are now being taken in India and China.

Nowadays, the company continues forming strategic alliances and carrying out research activities to offer new products using state-of-the-art technology so as to continue providing solutions to agricultural needs.
